Big Bin Studios was officially opened October 2007. Big Bin started as a concept in Charles Driscoll’s private home studio in 2001. After working on a variety of recording projects, it was decided to create a new facility and construction on Big Bin studios began. Owner/Head engineer/Musician/Producer
Charles Driscoll aka “Charlie D” is the Owner and head engineer at Big Bin studios. Charlie has been engineering sound and making music most of his life. From the early years running live sound for local bands, moving up to running sound at festivals, and 5000-plus graduation ceremonies. Charles has been involved in recording since 2001, and Graduated head of his class from Poppy Hill School of Recording in Ireland. He holds 3 certifications from London City and Guilds in “Sound Engineering” & “Music Technology”.


Engineer/Musician/Producer
Jordan Stonehouse has been exercising music production and composing on cutting edge synthesizers and the new wave in music called MIDI for the last 6 years. He has a range of experience on several different industry standard interfaces of recording and production for both audio and video, which includes: Pro Tool HD & LE, Sonar, Cubase, Nuendo, Acid Pro, Reason, FL Studio, Final Cut Pro, Sony Vegas, and many more. His area of expertise, is producing and composing in the hip-hop/urban side of the music industry. He also has experience in scoring/composing music for videos, TV commercials, video documentaries, and live events. Jordan attended Compass Arts Video Academy (www.compassacademy.org) based in Grand Rapids, MI. He gained a solid understanding on how audio-for-video works. He also served a video internship at Timber Wolf Lake, a Young Life camp. Jordan also operates a DJ company called Motive Music DJ Services. Jordan is passionate about music and the arts, whether that be composing, engineering, or producing.
